Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade or cancel, you'll keep access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
If you reach your monthly credit limit, you'll need to wait until your next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll send you email notifications when you reach 80% and 90% of your limit so you're never caught by surprise.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan gives you 10 credits when you sign up — a one-time allocation, no credit card required. Upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock monthly credits, API access, and higher limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. All payments are encrypted and secure.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and stored on encrypted servers. We do not share your data with third parties. Your data is stored securely in your account, and you can delete it at any time from your dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds on subscription payments, but you can cancel anytime and continue using your plan through the end of your billing period. We recommend starting with our free plan to make sure we are the right fit before upgrading.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save 10% compared to monthly billing. Use the Monthly/Annual toggle at the top of the pricing cards to see annual prices.
How does Enterprise volume pricing work?
Enterprise plans start at $99/month for 1,000 credits. Use the volume selector on the Enterprise card to choose the tier that fits your needs. Higher volumes get a lower per-credit cost, from $0.099/credit at the 1K tier down to $0.083/credit at the 3K tier.
What are the upload limits?
The maximum upload size is 10MB on all plans. See our documentation for supported formats and detailed requirements.
How long is my data retained?
Data retention depends on your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro, and 180 days on Enterprise. You can download your data at any time before it expires. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll have at least 30 days after cancellation to retrieve your data.
How do I use the API?
API access is included with all paid plans. Generate an API token from your dashboard, then send images to our REST endpoint and poll for results. Full documentation with code examples is available on the API docs page.
